The herbal salt Tschubritza (Scharena Sol) is used in Bulgaria as an all-round spice.
For Shopkasalat (or other Mediterranean salads such as Greek or Italian mixed salad),
Quark, dips, meat dishes, stews, ragouts, soups and vegetable dishes or simply on sandwiches are ideal and delicious.
Tschubritza ingredients:
celery powder 2 tsp
dried lovage 2 tsp
Fenugreek powder 1 tsp
Fine sea salt 1 tsp
Thyme 1 tsp
Basil 1 tsp
Oregano 1 TL
Rosemary 1 tsp
dried sage 2 tsp
Dried lemon balm 1 tsp
Paprika spice, hot as rose 1 tsp
Garlic dried 1 tsp
Onion dried 1 tsp
Mint dried 1 tsp
