Ingredients for 6 Persons:
6 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp pumpkinseed oil
2 tbsp black seed oil
sock of one lemon
salt and pepper up to you
20 leefs Indian cress
some blossoms of nasturtium
3-4 lettuce hearts
1 bunch of radishes
500g yogurt
Cut the leefs, the radishes and the lettuce hearts in to
eatable pieces put the oil and the yogurt together with the lemon sock in one bowl.
Add salt and pepper up your taste.
After lightly mixing add the blossoms over your creation and enjoy the wonderful salat.
