A pizza that is tasty and healthy at the same time?
Instead of flour, healthy rolled oats are used for the dough.
Bon appetit!

Ingredients
200 g tender oat flakes
200ml of water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 teaspoon Baking powder
a pinch of salt
sieved tomatos
low-fat spread cheese
oregano
Topping of your choice (mushrooms, zucchini, corn, peppers, turkey breast or similar)

preparation
Add water, oil, baking soda and salt and mix to form a dough.
Toss the tomato passata with oregano and salt, and any other spices and herbs you like, to make the sauce.
Wash and cut desired toppings such as peppers.
Place the pizza dough on a parchment paper on the baking sheet and roll it out. Brush the dough with the tomato sauce and cover it as desired and sprinkled cheese on top.
Bake the pizza at 220 degrees top/bottom heat for around 20 minutes.
