Kaiserschmarrn with vanilla sauce

Ingredients:

3 organic eggs size L
75 grams of flour
40 g sugarKaiserschmarrn with vanilla sauce
orange zest
150ml milk
10 g powdered sugar
2 grams of vanilla
10 g rum raisins
50 grams of butter
80 ml vanilla sauce
Preparation:

Crack the eggs one at a time and separate the yolks and whites.
Beat egg whites until fluffy.
Mix the egg yolks, flour, orange zest, vanilla and milk until smooth.
Gently fold in the whipped cream. Then put the mass in a hot pan with some melted butter
and spread the raisins on top. When the underside of the Schmarrn is browned, the Schmarrn together
Place the pan in the 200°C preheated oven until the top is brown.
