Tikka-Masala Spice

Ingredients:

2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp cardamon powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preparation:

Simply mix all the ingredients together. Pour into a jar and screw. Protected from sunlight, it retains its aromatic strength for around three months.
