Pumpkin soup

ingredients
– Vegetables or meat broth
– the same amount of pumpkin and potatoes
– 2 onions, a head of garlic
– 1-2 mortars
– a fist-sized bulb of ginger (ginger)
– oil + butter
– pepper + salt
– Vinegar
– Lemons
– Pumkinseed oil

Half-boil the potatoes with the carrots in water and then drain. In a large saucepan, sauté onions and garlic. Pour the broth over the potatoes,
chopped ginger and pumpkin until the vegetables are just covered and cook in the broth until soft.
Then mix everything and season with vinegar + lemon
and the spices, if necessary with a little chilli.

I serve the dish with some bread crumbs.
