Inject Pulled Meat

It doesn’t hurt to inject what you put on the outside of the meat directly into the meat.
The meat is sprayed just before it goes on the grill or in the smoker.
A very simple recipe for the injection marinade is e.g.:

  • 200ml of water
  • 100 ml apple juice (possibly also a mix with mango
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of your choice of dry rub
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

The injection marinade is filled with a corresponding Marinade syringe injected into the meat.
For this divide the meat mentally into individual zones and then squirt the liquid in small quantities into each zone.
