This super fast baked bread is fluffy and delicious. To prepare it you only need 3 ingredients and a frying pan.

Ingredients:
300 grams of flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
250 g Bulgarian or Greek yogurt
a bit of salt
olive oil

Preparation:
Put the flour and some salt together with the baking powder in a bowl and gradually add the yoghurt.
Mix well until you have a lump-free, smooth batter. Cover with a cloth and let rest for 20 minutes.
Now take the dough out of the bowl, shape it into a ball, put the olive oil on your hands and knead it into the dough.
Form a roll out of it. Then cut into 7 parts. Roll each piece into a ball and flatten slightly.
If you plan to fill the pita in a typical Greek way: Poke several holes in the pita with a fork.
You should be able to see through the holes. When baking, these close by themselves.

Brush the pitas on both sides with a little olive oil and place in a well preheated pan
(otherwise the first pita will bake too long and become dry) Bake on high heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
