Raw vegetable salad extra tasty

Ingredients:
1 black, red, or white radish
2 large carrots
1 beetroot
1 tbsp fish sauce
1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 lemon
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame or pumkin seed oil
2-3 tbsp olive oil

Process all ingredients with a grater into small Julien or coarse graters.
Place the lemon, sugar, fish sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and olive oil in a small jar with a lid and shake vigorously.
then add the Vinegrette to the vegetables and stir in. Leave for about 1/2 hour.
Enjoy your meal!
