Ingredients:
1 cup of soy flakes
2 cans of kidney beans
Breadcrumbs
Salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
a dash of fish sauce
1 large chopped onion
Lightly fry the onions and mix the beans into a puree. Soak 1 cup of
soy flakes in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Add the onions and soy
flakes as well as the spices except for the salt. Mix well and then
season with salt. (The fish sauce contains salt). After at least
1-2 hours in the fridge, mix with the breadcrumbs to form a mass
that is easy to shape. Roast in the ovenat 200 degrees with convection
until well done.
