INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs.
1 tsp salt.
1 tsp red pepper
1 tsp black pepper.
700g (1 lb 8.7 oz) cabbage.
900ml (3 ¾ cups) water.
3 cloves of garlic.
Vegetable oil.
2 onions.
4 tbsp flour.
SAUCE:
200g (7 oz) Greek yogurt.
Salt to taste.
1 fresh cucumber.
Dill or fennel.
Dried red pepper.
Sauté the garlic with the onions in oil and set aside. Chop the cabbage
into small pieces and bring to the boil for about 15 minutes, then drain.
Whisk 3 eggs with the salt, pepper and red pepper.
Then mix the onions, cabbage and eggs with the flour well. Now the
flatbreads can be fried in small portions from the mixture until they
are browned. Serve with the homemade tzatziki.
