Cajun Shrimps USA

INGREDIENTS:

500 g shrimp
1 onion
1 bell pepper
2 stalks of celery
1 bunch of spring onions
100 g sugar snap peas
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 lime (juice)
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 bunch parsley

Cajun seasoning

1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili flakes
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp thyme
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp sweet paprika powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper or chilli

Instructions
Cut the peppers, onions and celery into small pieces and the spring onions into rings.
Finely chop the parsley and squeeze the lime.
First add the onions and then the peppers, celery and sugar snap peas
into the hot pan and fry briefly in sunflower oil at a medium temperature.
Fry the prawns separately in a little sunflower oil on both sides for around two minutes.
Then mix with the onions, peppers, sugar snap peas and celery and stir in the spring onions as well.
Sprinkle the ingredients with the Cajun spice mix and season with salt.
Finally pour the lime juice over it, mix briefly and serve with fresh, finely chopped parsley.
