\nHokaido pumpkin
\nparsnip
\nparsley roots
\ncelery
\ngarlic
\ncarrot’s<\/p>\n

1 kg floury potatoes, the other half share Hokaido pumpkin (gives the color, a little turmeric also helps),
\nparsnip or parsley roots, celery, garlic and carrot’s<\/p>\n

Cook the whole thing with salt and cumin until everything is soft.
\nMash the vegetables and potatoes.<\/p>\n

Season with a good dash of melted butter, some cream and fleur de sel.<\/p>\n
