Add green onion<br \/>\nand onion and cook until aromatic, about 1 minute. Add garlic, Gochugaru,<br \/>\nsoy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar and mix to combine.<br \/>\nAdd stock or water. Once it comes to a boil, add zucchini, mushrooms,<br \/>\nchili pepper, and soft tofu.
